Refunds and Right of Withdrawal

Due to the nature of digital content, which is available for immediate download or activation upon purchase, you expressly agree that the performance of the contract begins immediately and you acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once the download or activation process has commenced.

We offer refunds only in cases of verified technical malfunction that our support team is unable to resolve. Refund requests must be submitted to our support email within 14 days of purchase. All transactions are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, who acts as the official seller of the product.
