End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you and Wiren Software AB (“we”, “us”), governing your use of any Wiren Audio software product (“Software”). By purchasing or installing the Software, you agree to these terms.
License Grant
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software for your own purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
Installations
You may install the Software on any computer you need to use it on, provided you remove it before selling or transferring ownership of that machine. If the license was purchased by a company or institution, it may be installed on any machines a single user will use, or on a single machine used by multiple users.
Restrictions
You may not:
- Distribute, sublicense, resell, or share the Software with others
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Software
- Use the Software to create a competing product
Ownership
All intellectual property rights in the Software remain with Wiren Software AB. This Agreement grants you a license to use the Software, not ownership of it.
Payments and Delivery
Payments are processed by Paddle (paddle.com), who acts as the merchant of record for all transactions.
Refunds and Right of Withdrawal
Due to the nature of digital content, which is available for immediate download or activation upon purchase, you expressly agree that the performance of the contract begins immediately and you acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once the download or activation process has commenced.
We offer refunds only in cases of verified technical malfunction that our support team is unable to resolve. Refund requests must be submitted to our support email within 14 days of purchase. All transactions are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, who acts as the official seller of the product.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that the Software will be free of errors or compatible with all systems.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wiren Software AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software.
Termination
This license terminates automatically if you breach any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease using the Software and delete all copies in your possession.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Swedish courts.
Changes
We may update this Agreement from time to time. The date at the top of this page will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the Software after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
